Patty Clover (Beehive Studio/Ninaste)

Patty Clover Tutorial

Open new canvas 700x700. You can resize later.
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

Let's start making a tag!

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit I chose.

The kit I'm using is Wanna Lick? (FTU) from AmyMarie

Open frame 1 and resize it by 50%.

Next open splatterAmyMarie and place on your canvas to your liking.

Next open your tube and resize it to your need. I resized my tube by 65%

The tube I chose is Patty Clover from Ninaste at Beehive Studio.

Next open ribbon 3 and resize 85%. I placed it in front of my tube. I chose to use the
ribbon to place my names on later.

Now you can start building your tag with elements of your choosing.

For my tag I used these elements:

Butterfly 1
Shiney Sucker 1 & 3
starsAmyMarie (recolored)

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!

I used Fmiring Campotype One and rotated left 15% to fit in the ribbon, if you used it like I did.

I usually save in .png but please save your final result in your chosen format.

All Done!

Nite Date (Beehive Studio/Derzi)

Nite Date Tutorial

Open new canvas 700x700. You can resize later.
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

Let's start making a tag!

The kit I'm using is Sugar Coated from The WeeFaerie Ring, but you can use any kit!

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit I chose.

Open window2 element and resize it by 65%. Repeat once again

With your magic wand tool, click inside the window element. Don't forget to select the smaller white areas in the frame. You can choose it all at once by holding down the shift button and clicking.

Once you have the areas you want selected, go to Selections, Modify and Expand by 8 pixels.

Next choose a paper from your kit to compliment your tag.
I chose paper 1 for my background.
Resize your paper if necessary. I had to reduce my paper to 600x600.

Copy and paste the paper into your window. Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none and move the paper layer below the frame.

Save!! :)

Next, open Candy Apple Tree. Copy and Paste behind the frame. Resize the tree by 20%
Move tree slightly to the left. Duplicate the tree two more times.

Select the 2nd duplicated layer and mirror.

Move the 3rd layer to the middle and just above the frame.

Now add your tube. I am using the Nite Date Layer from the
Girlfriend Collection VDAY 2014 from Beehive Studio

Resize if necessary and position to your liking.
I also used Teddy Bear of Love and Chocolate Sweetie.

Now you can start building your tag with elements of your choosing.

For my tag I used these elements:

House
Jolly Lolly Plant
Peppermint Popy
Sweet
Sweethearts 2

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!

I usually save in .png but please save your final result in your chosen format.

Candy Clover (Beehive Studio/Derzi)

Candy Clover Tutorial

Open new canvas 700x700. You can resize later.
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

Let's start making a tag!

I am using the scrapkit, Ireland from AmyMarie's Kits, but you may use another kit of your choice.

If you're the same kit please open Element 37 - Resize to 115%

Add tube of choice and resize to your liking. I am using Derzi's Candy Clover tube which can be found at Beehive Design Studio.

Next add element 47. I duplicated it many times and rearranged it to look like grass all around your tube. See my tag for reference.

Now would be a good time to save :)

Next you can start adding other elements to fill in the surroundings. Don't forget to sharpen resized elements and add drop shadows if needed.

The elements I used were:

5
18
21
26
55
68

To get the clover "spray" I used, open element 8. With your freehand selection tool, chose a group of
clovers you like. I used the top section. Copy and paste as a new image above the white layer.

Next open MuRa's Filter Meister - Copies. Go to the drop box and select Encircle. Click OK. Adjust where you want your "spray" and SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!

I usually save in .png but please save your final result in your chosen format.

I am using a wonderful scrapkit from Tiny Turtle Designs called Tough Love.

Open Element 72 (Frame w/hearts) place in the center of your canvas.

Resize your tube by 75% twice or to your choosing and place where you would like. Duplicate your tube and hide the top layer.
Using your Magic Wand tool, select the frame again, modify by 5.
With your original tube selected, invert, delete and move below the frame layer.
