Christmas Lover (Scrap Candy)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Christmas Lover by Dance in the Rain
This kit and more can be purchased from Scrap Candy

First lets start by c/p paper 1 on to the canvas above the white background.
Apply DD Mask 26, which can be found at Dangerously Delicious Designz.
(This mask doesn't seem to be available anymore, but please visit Dee's site for more masks)
Merge Group

Now c/p element 65 and resize if necessary.

Now c/p element 32 and resize 50%

Add element 41 just to the right of the previous element

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now you want to add your tube. Copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas.

I am using Xmas 08 by PinUp Toons.
This tube was purchased from CILM, but it can be purchased at CDO.

Now start adding your elements to create your tag!

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!
The font I used is Akhenaton

Forgiveness IB_TheVintageAngel 2-1 (Honored Scraps)

Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is IB_TheVintageAngel 2-1 by Honored Scraps
This beautiful IB kit can be purchased for just $2.00 at Creative Design Outlet

First lets start by c/p paper 3 on to the canvas above the white background.
Apply Gems Mask60, which can be found at Gems Taggin Scraps. Merge Group

Next open Frame 01 and c/p into the center of the canvas.

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 4. 
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move below frame.
Don't deselect.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now you want to add your tube. 


Duplicate the tube and hide it. 
With the original tube selected, copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas. 
Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top of the frame. With your eraser, remove any excess from the bottom part of the tube. See my tag for reference if needed

Now you start adding other elements to finish your tags.

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Olde Yule (Honored Scraps)

Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Olde Yule by Honored Scraps
This kit and more can be purchased at Treasured Scraps

First lets start by c/p paper 8 on to the canvas above the white background.
Apply Vix Mask 306, which can be found at Vix PSP.
Duplicate and arrange any way you want. Merge Group

Next c/p Ribbon Heart 2 into the center of the frame.
Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 10. 
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move below frame.
Don't deselect.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Choose a tube and place in the frame in the center.

Now you want to add your tube. 


Duplicate the tube and hide it. 
With the original tube selected, copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas. 
Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top of the frame. With your eraser, remove any excess from the bottom part of the tube. See my tag for reference if needed

Now start adding elements to create the rest of your tag.

Wynter Dreams (Scrap Candy)

Let's start by opening Frame 6, resize 85% and c/p into the center of the canvas.

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 10.
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move below frame.
Don't deselect.

Now you want to add your tube.

I am using 2009 Xmas Hottie by Ismael Rac.

Duplicate the tube and hide it.
With the original tube selected, copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas.
Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Unhide the duplicated tube and move to the top of the frame.
With your eraser, remove any excess from the bottom part of the tube.

Enter the Darkness - IB_Jasmine Becket-Griffith_Oct2011 (Honored Scraps)

Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

This kit and more is available at Creative Design Outlet

Let's start by opening Element 06 and c/p onto the canvas where you would like.
(I placed mine towards the top of the canvas)
Duplicate, Mirror and Flip

Now add your tube. C/P your tube into the center of the canvas.
I am using the matching Retired Bonus tube for this kit by Jasmine Becket-Griffith

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now start adding elements to create your tag.

C/P Element 05 the lower right of the canvas above the tube.
Next C/P Elements 7, 8, 9 (resize) and place in front of the previous element

Now add elements 13 & 15 (resize) and place them where you would like.

Finally add the Word Art (resize) and place it where you would like.

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!
The font I used is Eutemia

Snowflake Dreams (Honored Scraps)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Snowflake Dreams by Honored Scraps
This kit and more can be purchased at Treasured Scraps

Let's start by opening Frame 2 and resizing it to your liking.
C/P into the center of the canvas.

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.
To select both frames, hold down your shift key and click inside the other frame.

Chose a paper that best suits your tag. I chose paper 15.
Once I resize the paper a bit (85%x2), choose invert from the Selections menu
and hit delete on your keyboard. Select none.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now open Icicles1, resize and move below the frame. Do this for both frames!
You will need to duplicate the icicles since the frames are not even.

Next add Tree3 (Resize) and c/p above Frame2 in the center.

Open Tree6 and c/p left of the frame.
Duplicate and resize 85% and place in front of the first tree.

Now you want to add your tube.
I am using Ice Skates (Tube 42-2) by PinUpToons from CDO.

Finally add Sign2 and place it where you like.

Add any other elements you would like to finish creating your tag.

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!
The font I used is Santas Big Secret

I usually save in .png but please save your final result in your chosen format.

Once Upon A Christmas (Scrap Candy)

Open 700x700 (You can resize later)
To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Once Upon A Christmas by Rieneke Designs
This kit and more can be purchased at Scrap Candy

Start with element 75 and c/p into the center of the canvas.

Next open element 51, resize 85% and c/p onto the canvas.

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 10 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 11. 
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move below frame.
Don't deselect.

Choose a closeup tube of your choice and place in the frame in the center.


Once you are happy with the placement of your tube in the frame, hit delete on your keyboard.
Deselect. Now change the blend mode to Luminace (Legacy) and change the opacity to 50%

Now add the full size tube and place it where you would like.

Now you can add elements to complete tags.

Winter Wishes (Honored Scraps)

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

Start by opening element 32 and c/p in the center of the canvas.

Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 10. 
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Move below frame.
Don't deselect.

Choose a tube you wish to work with. Using a close-up of your tube c/p and place it
slightly to the right in the frame. Change opacity to Luminance.
Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Now open the original size of your tube.

I am using an exclusive tube for Diamond Club members by Caron Vinson
This tube is not available for purchase, but you can become a Diamond Club
member to get future exclusive tubes.

Place your tube to the left of the frame.

Candice - IB_JamieKidd_62-1 (Honored Scraps)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later) To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is IB-Jamie Kidd 62-1 by Honored Scraps
This gorgeous kit and more can be found at CDO

First lets start by c/p paper 04 on to the canvas above the white background.
Apply MC-Mask3, which can be found at Melissaz Creationz. Merge Group.

Using Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow, highlight the mask with these settings:


I used the color #dcabe5 for my highlight color, but use whatever color you want. 

Now open Element 02, c/p towards the bottom of the canvas
Next open element 06 and add where you would like. Recolor if you would like as well.

Open element 10 and c/p where you would like. I placed mine at the end of the 'sparkle',
duplicated it and placed it at the opposite end. (see tag for clarification)

Open element 09 and c/p slightly off-center of the canvas

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Choose a tube and place in the center of the canvas.

I am using Candice (Tube 62-1) by Jamie Kidd from CDO.

Open element 12, resize and place over the bottom of the tube.
Next open element 16, resize and add to your tag where you like.
Finally open element 15, resize slightly and place where you would like.

Feel free to add any other elements if you would like.

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!
The font I used is Jellyka Delicious Cake

Under the Sea (Scrap Candy)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later) To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Under the Sea by Rebellious Scraps
This kit and more can be purchased at Scrap Candy

First open deco1, resize and move to the top left corner.
Duplicate, Mirror and flip. Move to the bottom right corner.

Next open frame 1, resize 75% and c/p into the center of the canvas.
Using your magic wand select inside the frame and expand by 5 pixels.

Choose a paper of your choosing. I chose paper 1
Copy and paste paper, invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Move below frame. Deselect.

Open plant 2, resize and move below the frame where you would like.
Next add bubbles 2, resize and add below the frame.
Do the same with jellyfish and fish4.

Now open sand, resize and place on the bottom of the frame.
Next add alga 1, to the left of the frame.

Now add your tube to the center of the canvas.
 I am using Mermaid Girl by Alex Prihodko

Start adding additional elements to finish your tag.

Bottle 2
Plant 5
Scallop Shell
Shell 1
Shell 3

Duplicate and Mirror.

Next open E49 c/p towards the top of the canvas
Duplicate and Flip

Now open E16, resize and place on the bottom of the canvas.

Choose a tube and place in the frame in the center.

Duplicate the tube and hide it. 
With the original tube selected, copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas.
Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Ice Cold (Scrap Candy)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later) To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Ice Cold by Joy Designs
This beautiful kit and more can be purchased from Scrap Candy

Let's start by c/p element 78 into the center of the canvas.
Next c/p element 18 and c/p to right of the canvas.
Duplicate and Mirror. (You can adjust these later)

Now add element 29 and c/p in front of the trees to the right.

Open element 76 and c/p towards the top of the previous layers
Next add element 47 and place where you want on the canvas.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now you want to add your tube.
Copy and paste into the center or where ever you would like.

I am using New Year Princess by Zlata_M.
This beautiful tube can be purchased from PicsForDesign

Now open element 13 and c/p towards the bottom of the tube you just added.
Duplicate and hide this layer for now.

Add element 17, just below the previous layer.
Next open element 16 and place it on the element you just added.

Unhide the duplicate layer (13) from before.
With your eraser tool, erase some of the element, so the wordart shows through a bit better.

Add some final elements to complete your tag.

Witches Brew (Honored Scraps)


Open 700x700 (You can resize later) To aid in the creation of the tag, make your background white.

For the purpose of this tutorial, I will refer to the kit and tube I chose.

The kit I chose is Witches Brew by Honored Scraps
This kit and more can be purchased at Treasured Scraps.

First lets start by c/p paper 5 on to the canvas above the white background.
Apply Gem Mask 119, which can be found at Gems Taggin Scraps. Merge Group.

Let's open BusStop element and resize to your desired size.
Place where you would like. I placed mine to the right of the canvas.

Next open element HallowScene. Resize and c/p into the center of the canvas.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SAVE YOUR PROGRESS

Now let's add other elements to create the tag. 
I added Tombstone, Skulls, Books and Pumpkin2.

Finally add your tube choice.
I am using Witch on the broom by Lady Mishka.
For a limited time you can purchase this tube from PicsForDesign.com

Once you are happy with the layout of your tag, SAVE!

Don't forget to add any last minute drop shadows if you wish!

Resize tag if you would like as well!

Add Copyright information, your license and your favorite font for the name!
The font I used is Akhenaton

I usually save in .png but please save your final result in your chosen format.
